What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- In the original packaging
- Un-opened and not tampered with
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no restocking fees for returns
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- Refunded renewal orders for subscriptions canceled after the delivery date will be required to pay return shipping to receive a full refund.
Refund Policy Guidelines
- All MONTKUSH products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new and unopened product based on the delivery date as provide by the shipper.
- To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com or your Sales Representative. They will provide
you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
- All sales are considered final after 30 days from the date of delivery.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business
- MONTKUSH will issue exchanges for any products delivered damaged,
broken if part of your order is missing.
- You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.
- Pictures of damaged products must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.
- Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.
